When is the R34 Nissan Skyline legal in the USA?

There are several different versions of the R34 Nissan Skyline.  The top of the line car is the R34 GT-R, but there are also other versions. Some have four doors, an RB20, and an automatic transmission. Some have an RB25det, and rear wheel drive.  The first R34 were produced in May of 1998, that means they turn 25 years old in May of 2023. Just a few short years away.  The first R34 GT-R were produced in January 1999, so they will turn 25 years old, starting in January of 2024.
